Refunds & Exchanges

We allow returns on merchandise that is damaged only. 

• You have 30 days from delivery of merchandise to return. 
• Return shipping labels will be provided to customers that request return, however shipping will be at customer cost.
• Returns are processed within 10 – 15 business days after our receipt.
• All returns are refunded by store credit only.
• We do not do Exchanges. 
• Final Sale items are not refundable. Lingerie, swimwear and accessories are all considered Final Sale items.
• We have the right to refuse any Return under the condition that customer has excessive returns, returns worn items or items are purchased fraudulently.
